Anita has specialized in mergers and acquisitions for over 15 years. She has a law degree and a Bachelor of Commerce, with a major in Marketing. Anita was Chief Operating Officer of Activa Consumer Promotions, a sports licensing company. Prior to that, Anita was responsible for US acquisitions for Assante Corporation. Anita has extensive experience in all aspects of corporate development from the perspective of buyer, seller and advisor. As well she has been involved in hands on business operations including start-up, integration and exit strategies. |

Richard Leipsic 
Managing Director
Richard has over 30 years' experience working with a wide range of companies from mid-sized businesses to large public corporations. Most recently, Richard has carved out a niche quarterbacking mergers and acquisitions from both the seller and acquirer perspective and navigating succession planning for privately held companies. He takes a hands-on collaborative approach to mediating the transition of ownership to the next generation., Richard has a law degree and previously was General Counsel and Senior VP for Canwest Global Communications Corp. where he provided financial and business input on significant litigation, new initiatives, joint ventures and acquisitions. Richard has exceptional expertise in managing complex business initiatives in international markets. |

Gil Grenier 
Managing Director
Gil has specialized in turnaround and growth for over 15 years. He has his Chartered Accountant designation along with a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons), with a major in Accounting & Finance. Gil was Chief Financial Officer of a Transportation Company. Prior to that, Gil was responsible for US Finance for Assante Corporation. Gil has extensive experience in all aspects of corporate financing and financial modeling. As well he has been involved in hands on business operations including start-up, integration, turnaround and exit strategies. |

Mark E. Howe
Director of Marketing and Business Development
Mark has focused on sales and marketing for over 15 years. In addition to marketing training and education, he has a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture. Mark's background in business, science and marketing includes former positions at an advertising agency and a role as Marketing Manager for a large international agribusiness, as well as experience with private consulting. Mark has expertise with marketing planning and strategy, business development and branding with both large and small businesses, and professional services. |

Laura C. Workman
Associate
Laura received her Bachelor of Commerce degree from Queen's University School of Business in 2006, where she focused on Finance and Marketing. While attending business school, she held internships with RBC Commercial Markets, working in the small to medium size market, and worked for Investors Group. Laura has a law degree from University of Saskatchewan, and received her call to the Bar in June, 2010. She has worked on a variety of mergers and acquisitions, and practices general corporate and commercial law. Laura has her Canadian Securities Course, and is currently enrolled in the Chartered Financial Analyst program. |
