Anita has specialized in mergers and acquisitions for over 15 years. She has a law degree and a Bachelor of Commerce, with a major in Marketing. Anita was Chief Operating Officer of Activa Consumer Promotions, a sports licensing company. Prior to that, Anita was responsible for US acquisitions for Assante Corporation. Anita has extensive experience in all aspects of corporate development from the perspective of buyer, seller and advisor. As well she has been involved in hands on business operations including start-up, integration and exit strategies |
